Welcome Home Aleena Saron!!

We arrived back in the states May 5th with a beautiful little Ethiopian princess. She is a doll and fits right into our home...We are blessed to have her and love her so much!! God truly puts the right child into the right homes!!

Our trip was aw some and a such a blessing Paul and I stayed 9 days and enjoyed the different things in Addis Abeba. We went to Saron's orphanage about a 2 hour drive out of the city of Addis. It was a crazy drive!! But a great blessing...she was born in the town of Wenji. We also met her birth father Ermias and talk with him.

I will post more later...pictures, well we have a lot of but I am having a hard time downloading do to dial-up computer!! VERY aggravated right now about that!!

Just wanted to update everyone!!
Love Dee

Hello Demetria and Paul and kids!

Yay, you're home!! So glad to know you had a wonderful trip. And most importantly that you have seen God's hand at work in choosing just the right child for your family. He is SO good!

That's a bummer about the photos. I know exactly what you mean. When we got back from China, all we had was dial-up, so I had to really pick and choose the ones I wanted to post, and set aside a chunk of time to do the uploading. Do you have any friends with high speed who would upload for you? Or you could take your camera and do it yourself at their house?

Well, whenever you get some up, we'll be happy to see them. :) And...since Eric, Noelle and I will be in town the end of June, maybe we can plan a time to meet up??? That would be a blast!

Give the girls hugs from us and tell sweet Aleena she is in our prayers during this time of adjustment.

Love you,
Jen and Eric
